ABSTRACT
This scientific article analyzes the contemporary challenges of authorship of works generated by artificial intelligence (AI) within the Brazilian legal system, whose structure maintains a strictly human-centered conception. The main objective is to examine the traditional copyright model and assess whether it is capable of responding to the demands imposed by new technologies and, in particular, to critically evaluate Articles 62 to 66 of Bill No. 2,338/2023, which seeks to establish a regulatory framework for the use of protected works in the development of AI systems.
