This study aims to analyze and at the same time reflect on the support points, stops and rest areas made available in different locations for professional truck drivers, with a view to Law 13.103/2015, known as the Truck Drivers' Law. The research sources are articles, government websites, periodicals and reports on the subject. Therefore, seeking to analyze the negative impacts on the quality of life of truck drivers, verify the regulation and compliance with the laws and how they are being developed throughout the national territory.
