OBSERVÂNCIA DA LEI DE ESCUTA ESPECIALIZADA E SUA APLICAÇÃO NOS MUNICÍPIOS

Abstract

This monograph intends to discuss the implications of such requests in the socio-occupational spaces of the social workes working in the Network for the Protection of Children and Adolescents, having as main objective the analysis and observance of Law 13.431/17 – Specialized Listening in the municioalities, in order to affectively minimize the cases os children and adolescents victims or witnesses of volence, permeates the guarantee of “integral protection” in th’e face of the reflection os the historical movement. To this end, the methodology was based on qualitative research and an exploratory approach, with the structure and development of the topic addressed being based on bibliographic and documentary research. Anlyzing the objectives to solve the violence suffered by them. In order for municipalities to adopt or/and implement the Specialized Listening Law, as it is a more adequate form of support for those who suffer any violence, with a focus on providing knowledge about the legislation on the part of those who are in front os the reality that is the protection network.
